Pines hotel Nathiagali is one of the very first hotel properties to operate during the British Rule over the sub-continent some approximately 197years ago. The Foundation of this site was laid in the year 1878. The Hotel was leased out by a Hindu Pramanand lawyer. Pines Hotel, Nathiagali opened its doors to the public in 1898.The operation ran till just after partition in 1948. Then Pines Hotel, was under new lease taken over by S.M. Ayub Khan from 1948 to 1958. Then the Owner of Avari Hotels took over the Pines Hotel. Ownership changed again from 1971 to 1980 by S.M. Siddiqui.
